As Senior Director, Organizational Effectiveness, Michaela is responsible for Payment Canada’s corporate Project Management (PMO), Facilities, and Human Resource functions.
Across all functions, Michaela is responsible for identifying current organizational gaps, anticipating future business needs and identifying strategies to solve business problems. As part of her role, Michaela is responsible for defining and delivering the organization’s overall performance management practices, organizational development activities, talent development and acquisition strategies and total rewards offering.
Michaela has held various leadership roles in both corporate services and payment operations. Prior to her current role, Michaela lead the Payment Operations team, which provides business support for Payments Canada’s critical payment systems.
Michaela’s diverse roles has lead to a broad business lens and has allowed her to contribute in various capacities, including organizational transformation, organizational strategy, culture, leadership development, corporate planning and program delivery.
